Develops business process analysis, user/systems requirement analysis and specifications. Gathers both technical and non-technical requirements and create specification, design and other system development life-cycle documentation. Manages BA artifacts and processes within lifecycle software tool (IBM Rational). Interacts with internal team members to assure that the system specifications are clearly communicated and documented. Develops tests and evaluation master plans, operational test plans, and detailed test procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Minimum 4 years’ related experience. Advanced knowledge of relational database concepts and experience with SQL queries. Practical experience with IBM Rational (Requirements Composer, Team Concert, Quality) strongly preferred. Knowledge of client/server, web architectures and object oriented technologies. Critical thinking skills essential. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical problems to non-technical audiences.
